Attorney Marchalk received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law and his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the New York Institute of Technology.

Prior to opening his firm, Attorney Marchalk held positions as a legal administrator, corporate accounting manager and consumer and commercial loan officer, among others. He has represented numerous clients before the Internal Revenue Service, Pennsylvania Department of Revenue and Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry and is also a Pennsylvania licensed title insurance agent, having conducted hundreds of residential and commercial real estate closings over the past several years.

He operates a general practice of law, performing services in the areas of family law, estate planning and administration, employment law, credit and collections law, corporate and partnership formation and planning, civil litigation, real estate law and transactions, criminal defense, motor vehicle citations, non-profit law, landlord/tenant law, taxation, personal injury, workers' compensation, social security disability, and other miscellaneous areas of the law.
